Have you ever discerned
our Sun from its singing ?
Outcome of its beating.

Have you ever connected
a colour to a given tone ?
Effect of an excitation.

Both light and sound
are merely vibrations.
At various frequencies.

Occasionally, this halo, this echo,
are caught by our senses.
Usually, by sundry instruments.

The one and the other are simple oscillations
whose auscultation provides information
about an object, its evolution.

Attention! Everything here is just illusion.
Born of an ephemeral conjunction
of reflections and distortions.
